"Monisha, It was very knowledgeable on my needs and made the entire process very entertaining at the same time It was also very professional. She answered every question that I had as well as confirmed other questions I had with other associates to make sure that I have the correct information to go forward with the policies that I was looking for also I like to add that the office staff was very warming and welcoming offering me drinks and food during my experience which is very unusual for myself but it was just a little extra step that made me feel wanted. I felt that the agent Monisha respected me in my time and she did not rush me during the process The level of professionalism in this office seems to be exactly what an office environment should look like."
